Finally arrived!

Hey Guys,

after an 8 hour flight from Frankfurt International Airport we landed at Washington Dulles Airport where two of our American student assistants, Michaela and Victoria, were already waiting for us. - Thanks for that again! 😊

We took a quick lunch and hopped on the bus to Washington & Jefferson College where we finally arrived at 08:30 p.m.

Even though we were all excited for the upcoming days,

everybody was happy to get in bed after a short welcoming.

The next day started really relaxed as we had a brunch in the morning. We were all really surprised about eating Hot Dogs and Hamburgers for breakfast! 😄

Afterwards we split the group and went on a campus tour. It was very interesting to get to know some history about the college and to further see where we will stay for the next couple of weeks.

The buildings are very impressive as you can see on the pictures below. 📸⬇️

We spent the rest of the day in a huge shopping mall and a Walmart - an unbelievable size of a supermarket.

Tomorrow morning we are going to start with our classes but more about that in the next post. 💁‍♀️
